It’s time for the 4th Annual Taste of the Beach

Sept. 15, 2011 - PRLog -- Pensacola Beach, Fla. – It’s finally here! Pensacola Beach is saturated with the intoxicating aroma of exotic spices. The freshest cuts of fish have been selected, the tastiest shrimp have been caught, and the most succulent crab is waiting to be showcased at the 4th Annual Taste of the Beach this weekend, September 17 and 18, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The Pensacola Beach Chamber of Commerce invites you to come to the island and indulge in some tasty island-inspired fare, sip a glass of wine and listen to the tunes. To spice things up, there will be a corvette show, live entertainment, including music and dancers, and crab racing for all ages. The kid’s area is open from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. on both days, will include face painting, mini golf, coloring contests, and a beanbag toss.

This year, 17 restaurants will be competing for the People’s Choice Award. The restaurants will be offering portions of their signature dishes for $5 or less. See what the island chefs have in store for you on our YouTube channel http://youtube.com/user/pcolabeachchamber!
