Sept. 22, 2011 - PRLog -- As a member of Spa 23 you are also entitled to take advantage of the IHRSA Passport Program, which allows members to receive guest privileges at any of the participating clubs worldwide when they travel.  As a condition of participation, clubs must commit to offering at least 50% off the regular guest fee.
