Media Crossing is the hot new concept at Perro Worldwide Comics. It takes comic book graphics, adds actors and special effects, and turns comic book panels into live action video.

Sept. 27, 2011 - PRLog -- Today Perro Worldwide Comics released its first Media Crossing event, a live action video that animates 17 comic book panels from the newly released comic book "From Spark To Flame". The Media Crossing concept turns comic book frames from paper into live action video. It is the invention of writer director Chip Perro who created a comic book universe with characters that live in all media from paper to film. The first Media Crossing video animates a one-on-one battle between the villainous Sapphire Magician and superhero Christopher Ember, and is a tie-in for the Chris Ember origin comic book. The video is available online, free of charge, and is the first of five projects planned to tie-in with the Mission Park Superhero origin comics coming out this year, and in early 2012. The next origin comic and Media Crossing video will feature superhero Victor Strength, The World’s Strongest Man, from the comic titled “Weight of the World”.
