Fluent in both English and Spanish, Mrs. Davidson looks forward to using her bilingual capabilities to further develop her real estate business in the Plano, Frisco, and McKinney markets. She will specialize in residential properties in the Dallas/Fort Worth area with a focus on first time homebuyers and the Hispanic community.

Maritza has lived in the Dallas, Texas area for more than 4 years after growing up in California. She and her husband have an 8 year old son. She began her real estate career working as a licensed real estate assistant before becoming a REALTOR® herself. This experience and her extensive knowledge of real estate works to her client’s advantage. Maritza enjoys reading, swimming, dancing and running when time permits.
