The Gratitude Experiment - Bad News revealed.

Sept. 30, 2011 - PRLog -- The Gratitude Experiment movie is nearing completion. We have been very excited throughout the production of this film and have learned an incredible amount about the power of Gratitude and how to harness it.

Mostly I have been surprised at what gratitude is not, and how often the idea of gratitude is misunderstood in the world.  It is so much more than we commonly consider. Because it is commonly misunderstood, most people practicing gratitude in their daily lives aren’t even harnessing 1/1000th of the power available to them. If they could learn to tap into this power incredible results would begin to happen in their lives. We saw it first hand as we captured some of these changes in the film. It was incredible!

The bad news
As we constructed the film we interviewed more than 125 experts from around the world. While many of these experts had much to offer our space in the film was extremely limited. That is the bad news! As we carefully considered who we could include in the film and who we could not we found it very difficult as many of these experts had startling insights on the power of gratitude. Many of them expressed findings that neither you nor I have ever heard before.  (And I recognize that is a pretty bold thing to say considering I have been studying the relationship,effects, performance and the strategies of gratitude upon the human condition for nearly five intense years now. And let’s face it, if you are reading this you’ve also been interested in the power of gratitude and the difference it can make for a while too.)

But yes, we had to cut some people from the film. That means we had to choose the best of the best. We selected only those that we felt would bring to our friends and viewers only the best information and tools to succeed. I think you will be quite impressed when you feel the power of those we have chosen.

The cast announcement will be October 28th, 2011.

Many of the names you may recognize, but there will also be many who you do not. It is these new faces that I am sure you will be most interested. These people had such incredible and powerful things to say about the power of gratitude and how to harness it that they become a necessary element to this project. I encourage to learn what you can about these masters as these are people that are destined to be among the greatest teachers in the world.

As a final note, I want to share one thing that has really been on my mind lately. Especially as I read the news and see some of the sadness that covers our globe. That feeling is that gratitude can change the world. It can change any situation for the better. No matter what you are experiencing right now there is something to be grateful for.  Some may think I am too simplistic, but once you hear what our experts have already taught me you will come to realize that gratitude, when correct understood and applied, has the power to change everything!
