Oct. 5, 2011 - PRLog -- This award is acknowledgment of the work we have undertaken at Falcon Park in enhancing and protecting the local natural environment. This means that steps are being taken to manage the land for wildlife to enjoy, reduce the carbon footprint (energy, water etc), reducing and recycling waste products and finally supporting the local community.

The David Bellamy Conservation Award Scheme was first started in 1996/7 and is still in place today. The awards are presented to parks who contribute to conserving the British Countryside.
