Oct. 14, 2011 - PRLog -- Lennar, one of the nation’s top homebuilders, is offering amazing deals on quick move-in homes during the “Countdown to Year-End” sales event held Saturday, Oct. 15 at The Abbey at Spring Grove Plantation in Moncks Corner, Wentworth Hall in Summerville and Hunters Bend in Ladson.

In addition to enjoying delicious barbecue provided by Home Team, real estate agents and potential Charleston-area homeowners will have the opportunity to learn about Lennar’s premier communities and take advantage of great deals on quick move-in homes.  Saturday’s events have all the makings of a great afternoon – at Hunters Bend, Wentworth Hall, and the Abbey at Spring Grove a barbecue is planned from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m., along with a jump castle for kids and a chance to win a $500 BlackBerry® PlayBook™ for adults.  WEZL-FM will broadcast live from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and at Hunters Bend and WXLY will broadcast live from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. at the Abbey at Spring Grove.

“This weekend we want families to have a chance to come tour these beautiful communities,” said Lennar Coastal Carolinas Director of Sales, Ann Ivey.  “With the fun activities we have planned and the delicious food that will be served, everyone is guaranteed a good time.  Attendees can also take advantage of the amazing quick move-in pricing on homes during the sales event.”

With single-family home prices at The Abbey at Spring Grove Plantation starting in the $140s and Wentworth Hall and Hunters Bend homes priced in the $150s, families can find a home that suits their needs as well as their budget.  Enhancing the value of this community is Lennar’s signature Everything’s Included® program, which provides fantastic features on the single-family homes such as maple cabinetry, hardwood floors and full appliance package, with a built-in microwave and side-by-side refrigerator, included as standard items in the base price of the home.  With other builders these upgraded features are available as expensive add-ons, potentially raising the cost of the home by thousands of dollars.

Those interested in learning more about Lennar’s Charleston communities can visit http://www.LennarCharleston.com or stop by a community’s Welcome Home Center to speak with a new home consultant.  Lennar representatives are always available from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Thursday and Saturday and from noon to 6 p.m. on Friday and Sunday.
