Moving on to the midsole and outsoles. The Yarra features a 4.5mm Ortholite Anatomical footbed for excellent stability and comfort. Theres also a nylon 6.6 injection molded arch shank and Q-Form triple density compression molded EVA footframe. The Merrell Air Cushion system provides fantastic shock absorbency, so undertaking adventures on less than even terrain won't cause you any problems.

The creme de la creme of the Yarra's makeup is to be found on the sole, with Merrell's Snow De Vie Sole Sticky Rubber, equipping the boots with assured traction on uneven and slippery surfaces, perfect when you consider the kind of Winter we're expecting again this year!
