H.P. White’s Finance Manager, Amy B. Grover, MBA, listed among Industry Leaders

Grover, MBA, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication and excellence in financial management and leadership.
Today, Ms. Grover is a leader in operations management, finances, and strategic business planning. Though she began her career with a Bachelor of Science in fisheries and wildlife, 12 years later, she went on to earn an MBA through the University of Phoenix. She believes that these latter credentials, coupled with her willingness to help others grow, are responsible for her success in the field, and in her current role as finance manager for H.P. White Laboratory, Inc.
Ms. Grover exemplifies skill in eliciting the confidence and consensus of subordinates, peers, and executive staff members as she sets plans for initiating and executing change. Through her effective leadership capabilities and concentration on creating value, she maintains that she is now one of the best turnaround managers in the business. During her career, she has demonstrated a strong track record for improving business operations, and she aspires to continue assisting in H.P. White’s growth; her goal is to influence its operations as a Manager.
Dedicated to helping the next generation of adults, Ms. Grover facilitates Finance for Business (FIN370) and helps students with their homework through the Apollo Group–University of Phoenix. She retains affiliation with the alumni association of Michigan State University, the alma mater from which she earned a bachelor’s degree.
