Keith Stirewalt Named to Beazer Homes President’s Club

Dec. 16, 2011 - PRLog -- RALEIGH, NC - Todd Schermerhorn, Beazer Homes Raleigh Division President is pleased to announce that Beazer New Home Counselor Keith Stirewalt has been inducted into the Beazer Homes President’s Club. This induction recognizes Keith as being the number one sales performer for Beazer in the Triangle area throughout the fiscal year 2011. It also recognizes Keith as one of the top ten Beazer sales performers nationally.

Raised in Mount Pleasant, North Carolina, Keith moved to the Triangle in 1977, where he worked as an electrical engineer for almost ten years. He transitioned into real estate sales in the late ‘80s, where he found his career niche. His engineering background combined with his detail-oriented personality and passion for the new homes industry have resulted in great professional success. As a member of the Triangle Sales and Marketing Council (TSMC), Keith has been recognized with MAME (Major Achievements in Marketing Excellence) Awards in the coveted categories of Rookie Sales Person of the Year, Sales Team of the Year, and Sales Person of the Year. He has additionally been named Associate of the Year by the Johnston County Home Builders Association.

Keith remains an active member of TSMC. He is also a member of the Raleigh Regional Association of Realtors®, the North Carolina Association of Realtors®, and the National Association of Realtors®. He has obtained the National Association of Home Builders’ designations of Certified New Homes Sales Professional (CSP) and Certified New Home Marketing Professional (CMP).
