Employment Numbers Soar at Archetype Inc in Portland, Oregon And Still Growing!

Dec. 16, 2011 - PRLog -- Archetype sets the pace once again!  Archetype, whose mission is to set the standard in its industry, is also setting the pace in job stimulation in Portland.  Oregon Business News announced that Portland’s region of employers have hired 1.4 percent more workers since January, which is showing a positive trend for Oregon’s unemployment rate, making it 9.1 percent in relation to Oregon’s high of 9.6 percent.  Comparatively speaking, Archetype has had a 900 percent growth increase since opening its doors in Portland, Oregon in September of 2009.  Fifty nine percent of that growth has been since January 2010.

Archetype opened with three representatives and currently employs 27 full time representatives.  Growth of that magnitude has also lead to three promotions in the past six months.  Its growth is in part, due to the demands of its clients, in part due to the comprehensive training provided.  In a declining economy, large companies are searching for cost effective solutions to retain and acquire new customers.  Their approach is simple and effective.  As a result, there is an opportunity for expansion into multiple new markets as well as new industries.  

As long as Archetype continues to bring in quality results for its clients, there will be more job opportunities for the future business leaders in Portland as well as the new cities they expand into.  “We are currently in the process of training our Assistant Managers to be fully capable of managing new markets and campaigns.  When our Assistant Managers are ready for expansion, we anticipate exponential growth once again and more quality results for our clients.”
