Dec. 20, 2011 - PRLog -- IT Management company Adept4 has seen unprecedented growth in 2011 taking its client base over 100 since November.  They are in a strong position for 2012 after gaining 20 new clients by highlighting newly imposed FSA regulations on phone recording and data protection to the IFA sector.

On November 14th this year, changes to compliance issues for FSA regulated companies required all FSA regulated firms that trade in the FS markets to record phone calls. The new rules state that all relevant calls must be recorded, and all company mobiles where relevant conversations may take place must be permanently recorded, with all recordings being stored for at least 6 months.

Adept4 put together a solution which delivered security, simplicity and ease of use on mobile recording and approached the IFA community. Adept4’s security package, including encryption and anti-virus, attracted over 20 new clients including MGA Financial, Bunker Riley and ADH, and has since helped the IFAs to stay compliant and given them peace of mind.

Peter Birkett, CEO at Adept4 said: “Adept4’s range of secure solutions and services
give us the ability to make businesses across the UK aware of issues their market sector could face.  We’re delighted that the campaign has been such a success so far, but it shows the reason to be forward thinking and approach businesses. It has meant that we have continued to be one of the fastest growing companies in our sector yet again through our proactive approach.”
