Printers Row Dentistry Urges Patients To Employ Unused Insurance Benefits Before They Expire

“We certainly understand how busy everybody is this time of year, and the last thing on their mind is when their insurance benefits will expire,” said Dr. Page of Printers Row Dentistry.  “Most people don’t realize that their benefits expire at the end of December;  anything unused will not carry over to the New Year.”

Insurance companies typically have a limit of how much they will pay for a clients’ treatment per year—maximum benefits allowed.  If the client exhausts all of their benefits too early in the year, the insurance company will not pay for anything above their maximum benefit, and unfortunately if you don’t use all the yearly benefits allowed, they expire and do not carry over to the next year.
