Music Sheets for Piano? New Blog Offers Them Up Free

Jan. 8, 2012 - PRLog -- You’d think sales of music sheets for piano would go down with the advent of the Internet. And you’d be right. In fact, thanks to the world wide web, many are now buying their sheet music online.

But the website Quiescence Music  has an even better deal - simply visit their blog http://musicsheetpiano.blogspot.com/ and you’ll get over a dozen pieces of free piano sheet music entirely free ... including a brand new one titled 'December Rain.'

The owner and creator of the site, Edward Weiss explains:

“I teach people how to play New Age piano online using a chord-based approach. Yet many of my students also wanted some sheet music they could print out and play at the piano. That’s why I created this blog - to give students the opportunity to see what it looks like on the printed page.”

All of the sheet music on the site is at the easy to intermediate level and is available as a PDF file download.

When asked why he’s giving it away for free, Weiss explains:

“I want to expose more and more people to the genre of music I love the most - New Age. It’s a beautiful style of music that is easy to play and that people love. Sadly, the genre is underexposed and I want to change all that.”
