Worcester’s Original Stuffed Burger – The Phat Albert will make a return. This juicy, stuffed to the max burger is cooked inside EVO’s 1600 degree stone hearth oven, one of only two in Massachusetts. The rapid speed cooking seals in flavors and juices while allowing the kitchen to rapidly serve its customers. EVO’s new menu gives customers such a well-rounded selection of comfort food options, utilizing fresh, natural ingredients to pack in healthy flavorful choices for guests. Some new featured entrees off the 2012 menu reads: “From the Grill”, “From Sauté”, and “From the Oven”. Additions: EVO Hanger Steak, Port Said, Chicken Fig Marsala and Lobster Mac-n Cheese. Seafood lovers can now choose from the new Salmon Filet or Baked Haddock, in addition to the sushi-grade Grilled Yellow Fin Tuna entrée.
