Southland Sensing Launches EMD-458 Blind Trace Oxygen Transmitter

Jan. 31, 2012 - PRLog -- Las Vegas, NV  – Southland Sensing Ltd., is now offering a cost-effective and highly accurate line of compact oxygen controllers.  The EMD-458 Blind Oxygen Transmitter incorporates a precision electronics interface while taking advantage of their proprietary galvanic oxygen sensors.

The EMD-458 can accurately measure oxygen from 1 part-per-million (ppm) up through percent values which makes it ideal for trace and percent analysis.  The transmitter comes with 2 ranges and can be factory configured for any full scale value.

Other features within the unit include an adavanced temperature compensation unit, span and zero adjustment along with three 0 - 1V analog outputs.

Applications for such transmitters include chemical processing, petrochemical, inert gas manufacturing, glove box monitoring, flue gas, natural gas and PSA (VPSA) N2 Skids.
