This is a senior position within Enatel’s DC power system division. You will be responsible for the development, management and execution of sales plans based on agreed growth objectives.

Customer Service & Repair Manager

As the Customer Service & Repair Manager you will provide an interface with external customers and distribution partners worldwide.

Key requirements of this role include:
-   Experience in a repair and service team within a high tech environment.
-   Ensuring proactive communication of issue, repair status and scheduling to sales team.
-   Implementing continuous process improvements throughout Customer Service and Repair.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and organisation skills and will be driven to meet improvement and process objectives.

Procurement Manager

As the Procurement Manager you will be responsible for the procurement department, purchasing of all Enatel materials, management of supplier relationships, component price structure and negotiation.

Key requirements of this role include:
-   A high level background in procurement.
-   Forecasting procurement needs as well as creating and implementing KPIs.
-   Building and developing relationships with customers and key suppliers.
-   Proven negotiation skills and the ability to effectively track purchasing activity.

To be successful in this role you will have outstanding negotiation, communication and staff management skills.

Quality Manager

As the Quality Manager you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a company wide quality strategy. You will engage with staff at all levels across our business, as well as liaising with customers and suppliers.

Key requirements of this role include:
-   Management and development of our quality plans, systems, processes and disciplines.
-   Working with customers and suppliers to establish quality objectives and improvement initiatives.
-   Ensuring regulatory compliances are maintained and updated as required.
-   Ensuring appropriate data analysis and reporting is undertaken resulting in positive economic benefits to the business.

The successful candidate will have a positive attitude, a strong sense of initiative and a passion for quality improvement and the processes that follow.

Logistics Clerk

Reporting to the Sales Coordinator, you will support a large number of customers from our three divisions and liaise with colleagues from other departments within Enatel.

Key requirements of this role include:
-   Processing orders, dispatching and preparing export documentation.
-   Air/sea freight quotations.
-   Liaising with a variety of freight forwarders and different shipping methods.
-   Experience in shipping procedures and export documentation.
-   Microsoft Office experience and the ability to maintain electronic files and records.

To be successful in this role you will possess good communication skills and be committed to customer service.

You will also have the ability to work well within a team environment.
