Jeff Warmoth Joins Royse Law Firm to Lead Real Estate Practice

Feb. 8, 2012 - PRLog -- PALO ALTO, Calif.—Roger Royse, founder of Royse Law Firm, a corporate and tax law firm, announced today that Attorney Jeff Warmoth has joined the firm and will head the real estate practice.  “Jeff has extensive experience in transactions, leases, development, land use, and regulatory matters,” said Royse.  “His background is ideal for helping our client base of property owners, developers, management teams, and builders.”  Warmoth’s practice focuses on residential, retail, office and mixed-use development.

“My 25 years of experience in the field of real estate is a great match for Royse Law Firm’s tax, estate planning and technology focus.  I’m delighted to join the team,” said Warmoth, who is of counsel and located at the firm’s Palo Alto office.   Prior to joining Royse Law Firm, Warmoth was an independent consultant responsible for securing land use entitlements for several major Silicon Valley developments, including the Sunnyvale Town Center project.  His background includes senior management roles with several large real estate investment and development companies as well as his law practice with Silicon Valley and Orange County law firms.

Warmoth received his B.S. in accounting and finance from the University of Illinois; he received his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law in 1986, where he was senior editor of the Tax Law Review.  Since 2006, he has served as the Development Community Representative of the Specific Plan Oversight and Outreach Committee, El Camino Real/Downtown Specific Plan, for Menlo Park, California.  He served as Member and Chairman of the Los Altos Planning Commission in Los Altos, California from 1994-1998 and has volunteered with a number of community organizations.
