                                                                   THE RETURN OF RASHAD MCCANTS

LOS ANGELES, CA, FEBRUARY 14, 2012:  The Puerto Rican League has been on the hunt for NBA talent for the 2012 season. Cacique de Humacao, the Puerto Rican League, has signed Rashad McCants. McCants is hoping the world is ready to see him display the talent he truly possesses. Fellow NBA player Ike Diogu will be joining McCants in Puerto Rico.  The Puerto Rican League has also been in talks with Allen Iverson, for what shapes up to be the next “Dream Team.”  

During his hiatus from the NBA, McCants had time to care for his mother who was diagnosed with cancer. Since her remission he has been training and working out daily with several NBA players to prepare for his return to professional basketball.  

He feels his fans never saw him reach full potential and that is his motivation to return to the NBA.
