Rebecca St. James Hosts New Watch & Talk Series

A GRAMMY Award-winning artist, St. James incorporates Bible readings with discussion questions that engage families in fun, open-ended talks about what God may be trying to say to them today. Each DVD features a study guide and five short films that have a specific theme intended to drive insight and change in viewers’ lives.

Watch & Talk: Volume 1 explores how Jesus leads with grace (“The Clock”) and follows it with truth (“The Clock”). Next, the DVD puts a new twist on an all-time favorite parable (“Young Prodigal”) and takes a lighthearted look at Easter egg hunts and acting like Jesus (“The Egg”). This volume also examines forgiveness (“The Two Debtors”) and presents a modern version of the parable where the last are first and the first are last (“The Fair Employer”).

Watch & Talk: Volume 2 includes parables about the Good Shepherd who never leaves the lost sheep (“The Lost Bear”), the persistent neighbor (“Knock”), the joy of sharing the Good News (“Message in a Bottle”), and the fruit of the Spirit (“More Than Words”). In addition, “The Wise and Foolish Maidens” is a hip-hop, dancing version of Jesus’ parable of the maidens who were ready and the ones who were not.

Born in Sydney, Australia, St. James is also an actress, best-selling author, and spokesperson for children’s relief and pro-life efforts. Today, St. James tours internationally with her band, speaks frequently at charity events and Christian talk shows, and enjoys a wide fan base through her ministry websites and worship music, including her latest album, I Will Praise You.
