HERO CAST Is An Audition And A Reality Show!

March 1, 2012 - PRLog -- The comic and sci-fi fan-base is the most passionate fan-base in the world, and from the moment a new superhero movie or sci-fi adventure is announced, dedicated viewers begin following the entire movie-making process from pre-production through post.  They’re passionate and opinionated. That kind of dedication has to be recognized!  Taking a cue from popular voting shows like American Idol and The X-Factor, screenwriter and director, Chip Perro is giving the comic and sci-fi audience a say in the casting for his upcoming movie franchise, The Mission Park Quinology!

Actors vying for a role in the movie quinology audition at a Hero Cast event, and the auditions are filmed, and then edited and uploaded to the Hero Cast website.  Superhero fans and movie buffs can view each audition and vote for their favorites.  “It’s a win-win scenario for fans and actors,” says Deborah Perro the show’s Executive Producer.  “Fans can vote for the actors who create the most convincing performances, and actors get an extra bang for their audition efforts with an automatic credit in the Hero Cast reality series.”  

The first Hero Cast event was held on Tuesday, October 25, 2011 and the audition series is continuing on a monthly basis until November 2012.  Over 120 actors will audition, and when the auditions are over, and the votes have been counted, two talented actors will be offered leading roles in the Mission Park movie franchise.  For more information about the Mission Park Quinology visit www.missionparkmovie.com and www.pwcherocast.com.
