Hayes Software Systems Announces Acquisition of Austin Sky

March 8, 2012 - PRLog -- AUSTIN, Texas. – March 8, 2012 – Hayes Software Systems (Hayes) today announced that it has acquired Austin Sky Technology, Inc (“Austin Sky”).  Austin, Texas based and privately-held Austin Sky has over 12 years of experience in the K-12 education technology space.  The acquisition is the final step in a four year partnership between the two companies.  Austin Sky’s solutions include sophisticated data extraction, transformation and loading (ETL) tools that integrate data from clients’ enterprise data systems to the Hayes software platform.   Austin Sky’s ETL tools will allow Hayes to deploy their solutions more rapidly and scale more easily to meet their client’s needs.

Financial terms of the transaction are undisclosed.
