Combustion Associates Selected to Participate in Southern California Edison Mentorship Program

(CAI) recently received the exciting news of being accepted into the Southern California Edison 2012 Mentorship Program.  CAI is one of ten Southern California diverse firms that have demonstrated a history of solid performance and are ready to take their business to the next level.

The Edison Mentorship is an 18 month program for SME’s to create a mutually-beneficial, long-term business relationship between So Cal Edison and its contractors and suppliers. It is designed to help SME’s grow their business and compete more successfully as prime suppliers by strengthening critical business skills and adding transparency to business and procurement processes.

Through the mentorship of a So Cal Edison “Power Team” the program consists of a multi-tiered curriculum designed to meet the awardees’ specific developmental needs. The multi-tiered curriculum includes workshops, individualized coaching and executive education.
