PRLog -- The concept was one of the eye-catchers at the Geneva Motor Show. The impressive finish corresponds with its remarkable technology, materials and features. The Cambiano is made exclusively from carbon and aluminium and is driven by a hybrid powertrain. Four batteries give it a range of 800 kilometers and are recharged by a 50 kW jet turbine while driving. The hybrid car has an all-electric range of up to 205 kilometres. But it also has something to offer those who like a more powerful car, with a max. speed of 250 km/h possible in sport mode. The interior is no less impressive, with the floors and door panels made out of coated oak, recovered from recycled pilings that used to sit underwater beneath the lagoon of Venice.
Italian car designer Pininfarina has used the Standoblue ( http://standox.com/
standoblue )car paint system to coat its Cambiano concept car. This fascinating hybrid model features an exclusive brilliant grey finish with blue highlights. Developed by Standox, Standoblue basecoat technology delivers perfect results, brilliant colors and excellent finishes every time, regardless of working conditions, climate and coating technology.
