Fire It Up! Design Spree Kicks Off Spring With an Event Showcasing Exquisite Outdoor Living

March 30, 2012 - PRLog -- March 29, 2012 (Maywood, NJ) -- Design Spree (29 West Essex Street in Maywood), Bergen County’s premier retailer of premium outdoor and indoor furnishings, invites the public to its exquisite Outdoor Living Event featuring today’s most sought after designers and the area’s trendiest eateries. The event will be held Saturday, April 14th from 12pm – 2pm.

Three renowned interior designers will design unique tabletop vignettes to inspire outdoor entertaining ideas. Watch as Uma Stewart of Furbish Home in Millburn, NJ, Jeffrey Brooks of Jeffrey Brooks Interior Design in Long Valley, NJ, and Ernestine Linn of Euro Design and Interiors in Closter, NJ will compete for a $1,000 gift card to Design Spree. Guest judges from HGTV’s hit show Dina’s Party will pick the winner.

During the event, Design Spree will unveil over $2 million of new outdoor pieces ranging from fully-upholstered sofas to concrete fountains to iron gazebos. As guests shop for their new outdoor furniture from the country’s finest brands, they can sample food from the area’s hottest restaurants. Savor The Brownstone’s decadent dishes; scrumptious desserts from Sweet Indulgence, who recently appeared on Food Network’s Cupcake Wars; healthful selections from Muscle Maker Grill; and award-winning barbecue from Pig of the Month.

5% of the sales for the entire day will be donated to Habitat for Humanity of Bergen County.
