Calling all NY Giants Fans: An Evening With A True Legend

FREEHOLD, N.J. - Oct. 16, 2013 - PRLog -- Freehold, NJ (October 15, 2013) - On October 24, 2013 NY Giants Linebacker and Hall of Fame legend, Harry Carson, will be celebrating 25 years of his retirement from the NFL at City Square Bar & Grille located inside iPlay America entertainment complex at 110 Schanck Rd. in Freehold, NJ. Carson will be signing purchased copies of the "1986 Championship GamePlaybook" and his autobiography, "Captain for Life" while he meets and greets fans from 6:30pm until 8:30pm.

For a Giants fan, the reproduction of Harry Carson's original Championship Game Playbook is a fascinating look into the history of the New York Giants' first championship victory.  The book includes over 90 pages of original plays drawn by the coaches, pictures of Harry Cason from the game and throughout his career, Ronald Reagan's presidential speech congratulating New York's victory and Harry Carson's autograph. "This year I am celebrating 25 years of retirement from the NFL and I could not be more excited to be able to share my career highlights with you through this special event at iPlay America" says Carson.

"CAPTAIN FOR LIFE" is an incredible book that shows readers what it's really like to play football in the NFL.  This is a tough, gritty true story about what it takes to succeed in the NFL by one of the best middle linebackers to ever play the game-and the price he paid for giving the sport everything he had.   "Captain is my own first person narrative and personal journey through my early years, my 21 year football career and life after football. It is my personal account of injuries sustained playing the game and specifically concussions I gave and received as a football player and my experiences living with the lingering after effects" says Carson.
