April 25, 2012 - PRLog -- Our Clients Ms. Mehul Sharma & Mr. Dinesh Sharma are the proprietors and applicants for the patent application in respect of ‘Haggling And Selling Mechanism Involving Multiple Buyers And Multiple Sellers’, in India under patent application no. 1119/DEL/2012, filed on April 12, 2012.

Please note that any patent filed after our priority date covering the same or substantially similar invention, shall not have the priority on this invention and consequently shall not have any legal standing, under the provisions of Patents Act, 1970 of India.

The patent application discloses systems and methods that allows a facilitator to employ a ‘haggling & selling mechanism’ which involves haggling with multiple sellers and selling to multiple buyers, wherein the ‘haggling & selling mechanism’ may be employed for one or more goods or services, and wherein the ‘haggling & selling mechanism’ comprises of a hedging mechanism to retain monetary margins by inducing a bidding mechanism simultaneously among the multiple buyers and multiple sellers, and wherein the bidding mechanism carried out among the buyers is kept concealed from the multiple sellers and the bidding mechanism carried out among the sellers is kept concealed from the multiple buyers.

We hereby notify publicly and to whomsoever it may concern that in respect of the said application and the invention covered in the application, that any attempt whether successful or unsuccessful to copy, reproduce, use, recreate, import or practice the patent pending invention or any invention substantially similar to the patent pending invention, may be in contravention of law of India, and shall attract suitable legal action on Civil as well as criminal grounds, including claims of compensation and injunctions.
