The live event will take place May 15, 2012 at The Patriot Center in Fairfax, Virginia.

Jeff Curran is a Woodstock, Illinois native and has been a professional UFC fighter since 1998. He holds the Shooto America’s division title along with being the Apex Fighting Champion in Canada. Curran also holds the title in the local shooto promotion, Ironheart Crown and Black Belt in Jiu-Jitsu under Pedro Sauer. To prepare for the upcoming fight against Eduardo, Curran has held himself to a strict fitness routine that includes striking sessions, strength and endurance workouts, grappling, wrestling drills and live rounds.
