Local Business Woman Appointed As Female Ambassador At Volvo & Toyota Specialists Acc Uk Ltd

May 14, 2012 - PRLog -- Farnborough based Francesca Kendall, Marketing & Business Development Manager of ACC UK Ltd has been appointed a Female Business Ambassador by female friendly business website FOXY Choice.
ACC UK Ltd joins a new network of UK garages and dealerships who have signed the female friendly FOXY Promise to “Never overcharge, patronise or sell women services they do not need or want”.
Female Business Ambassador Francesca recognises that many women feel ill at ease in garages and wants local women drivers in Farnborough, Hampshire, to know that she is there to help and advise them if need be. She goes on to say, i have taken my car to other garages in the past and have felt very uneasy. I'm not a motor vehicle technician so in the past when i have been told i need specific parts i have always taken what they have said at face value, not ever wanting to question them, partly due to my lack of expertise and partly because i felt the environment i was in made it impossible for me to ask to see my "worn" or "broken" parts. All that changed when i first brought my car to ACC UK as a customer several years ago. It was like a breath of fresh air to meet such professional, friendly and approachable guys who are so passionate about what they do and so passionate at excelling in great customer service. I'm not ashamed to admit i'm someone who thought you put oil in your car where the dip stick goes! Simon and the rest of the staff really take the time to explain things and always keep the worn and broken parts to show customers. It is a real pleasure to work with all at ACC UK Ltd, and i'm thrilled they have been appointed a "Female Friendly" Garage and i their Female Ambassador.
