Jennings Wins Best Of New England For Healthcare Marketing

Agency Honored With 15 Lamplighter Awards from New England Society for Healthcare Communications

May 23, 2012 - PRLog -- Chapel Hill, N.C. – Jennings, a branding and advertising agency located in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, was recognized last week with 15 Lamplighter Awards from the New England Society for Healthcare Communications (NESHCo) at a ceremony held in Boston, Massachusetts.  The culmination of the event was the presentation of the Best of New England Award, presented to Jennings for Signature Healthcare and Tufts Medical Center’s Mommy Blog and Media Relations campaign.

“The media element of this campaign was recognized as a vital component to the success of this project,” said one of this year’s NESHCo judges of the Signature Healthcare and Tufts Medical Center’s Mommy Blog and Media Relations campaign completed by Jennings.  “The results from the campaign were outstanding, and I believe met and exceeded the goal.”

The Lamplighter Awards were established to showcase and honor communications excellence in the New England region. The 2012 competition included 300 entries from more than 85 organizations throughout the area.  This year’s entries were judged by the Carolinas Healthcare Public Relations & Marketing Society.

“The Lamplighter Awards are the signature event that recognizes the best and brightest in public relations, marketing and communications work from healthcare organizations throughout New England,” said Lee Reynolds Crouch, APR, president of NESHCo. “Once again this year, our entrants displayed a vast range of creative and visionary skills all while ensuring their work had measurable impact.”
