By: EMSL Zenner’s Quality Meat Products of Portland, OR is voluntarily recalling the huge amount of bratwurst. The recall is of 2.25-lb. packages marked as "Zenner's Smoked Brotwurst" with a sell-by-date through 7/17/12 and the establishment number 6308, according to Food Safety News. The bratwurst, which made before and on May 16, 2012, was distributed to four states: California, Idaho, Oregon, and Washington. The USDA Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) states that no complaints have been filed against the company as a result of the undeclared allergen.
