June 28, 2012 - PRLog -- The European Call Centre and Customer Service Awards delivers an industry-focused event to showcase and celebrate excellence. It represents a unique platform recognising and rewarding organisations delivering exceptional customer service to their customers, be it face-to-face, over the phone or online.  

The shortlisted awards include:
- Best use of technology award
- Employer of the year award

Neopost products and services are sold in 90 countries worldwide, and in 2011, annual sales globally were just over €1 billion. In the UK, Neopost employs 700 people, with 135 working from its Romford based contact centre.
