Cresa Milwaukee Represents Riverwater Partners LLC

July 6, 2012 - PRLog -- Cresa Milwaukee recently represented Riverwater Partners LLC in the purchase of the well-known Laacke and Joys Building in downtown Milwaukee. The 4 story building and 1 story warehouse comprises 75,000 square feet at 1433 North Water Street in Milwaukee’s Park East Corridor. Laacke and Joys, established in 1844, has been in the Water Street location since the 1960s. The Park East Corridor is being target by developers for future revitalization of the area.
