TTI Environmental Receives VA CVE Verification as Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business

July 9, 2012 - PRLog -- Moorestown, NJ - On June 7, 2012 TTI Environmental, Inc. (TTI) received a letter of congratulations from the Center for Veteran Enterprise (CVE), a unit of the Department of Veteran Affairs (VA), announcing the achievement of verification status as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business (SDVOSB).    

The CVE verification further establishes the integrity and credibility of TTI in the SDVOSB arena. Verification status now allows the company to pursue and enter into contracts with the Department of Veteran Affairs for services it offers.  The VA is under presidential mandates to utilize veteran owned businesses for its contractual requirements.  It is the only Federal agency which is able to issue contracts to SDVOSB on a sole source basis with no competing bids. TTI is included in the Veteran business database at www.VetBiz.gov.

To attain this status the company had to demonstrate that it was majority owned and controlled by a service disabled veteran.  The CVE conducted a detailed twelve month investigation into the corporate structure of TTI and the background of the CEO.  TTI’s CEO William P. Dolan, an ex serviceman of the U.S. Air Force and majority owner of the company, enabled TTI to obtain the verification status.
