TTI Environmental, Inc. Announces Acquisition of Pennoni’s New England

MOORESTOWN, N.J. - Jan. 13, 2015 - PRLog -- TTI Environmental, Inc. (TTI), headquartered in Moorestown, NJ, announces the acquisition of the Methuen, MA (Boston Area) and Salem, NH, offices of Pennoni Associates, Inc., for an undisclosed sum.  The acquisition is effective January 5, 2015.    This addition to TTI brings added capabilities in the fields of engineering, environmental consulting and surveying, and a wealth of experience in a new geographic region.

TTI is a 30 year old environmental consulting and contracting firm and a CVE verified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The company provides a wide range of environmental capabilities nationwide to industry, local, state and federal government entities, commercial companies, schools, prime contractors and financial institutions.  The acquisition of the Methuen and Salem offices in New England is part of TTI’s plan to expand its market presence, service offerings, and geographic footprint. TTI is looking forward to supporting our existing and new clients and the New England region.
