Mitchell Silberberg & Knupp’s Russell Frackman and Adam Levin Named to Top 100 Power Lawyers List

July 18, 2012 - PRLog -- Two partners from the leading entertainment law firm Mitchell Silberberg & Knupp (MS&K) were selected for inclusion in the annual “Top 100 Power Lawyers List,” which was published today in the July 18, 2012 issue of The Hollywood Reporter.
   Russell J. Frackman and Adam Levin – partners in MS&K’s Los Angeles office – were recognized in this prestigious list of leading entertainment lawyers published each summer by the entertainment trade magazine. Along with the other members of the Top 100 Power Lawyers, they were honored this morning at a breakfast hosted by The Hollywood Reporter at the Peninsula Hotel in Beverly Hills.
   Frackman is recognized as one of the nation’s leading entertainment and intellectual property litigators, having successfully represented clients in a number of landmark cases in state and federal trial and appellate courts.  His stewardship of many of the most important copyright and trademark cases to have been litigated in recent years have helped shape the law, particularly as it applies to new media platforms and digital content distribution.
   Levin represents employers in all areas of labor and employment law, including serving as lead counsel in numerous high profile employment discrimination, wrongful termination and trade secret/unfair competition cases.  He also represents management in labor arbitrations, National Labor Relations Board hearings and other administrative proceedings, and in litigation involving right of publicity, invasion of privacy and related claims.
