Cresa Madison Represents BioForward

July 18, 2012 - PRLog -- Cresa Madison recently completed a commercial real estate transaction with BioForward.  BioForward engaged the Cresa team to help identify and negotiate a lease that accommodated BioForward’s budgetary requirements and desire to relocate to Madison’s central business district.  BioForward moved to approximately 1,200 square feet at 214 North Hamilton from the University Research Park.  The relocation will provide BioForward with better access to not only the Capitol, but also East Madison and Milwaukee.

BioForward, an association that is the voice of Wisconsin’s bioscience community, was looking for a more central location for their organization.  The desire to be downtown arose as a result of the growing amount of time spent in and around the Capitol.  The relocation also made it easier to reach companies on the east side of Madison and beyond.
