July 23, 2012 - PRLog -- Building Maintenance Units (BMU) are a suspended access equipment platform designed to be permanently installed to a specific building or structure for cleaning and maintenance purposes. Mounted permanently at roof level, a BMU is one of the safest most complete forms of suspended access systems; providing full lateral, horizontal and vertical movement of a working platform.

The BMU is able to provide access to external surfaces (and internal atriums) of a building. The working platform (swinging stage) is capable of being raised or lowered in vertical drops.
