LOUISVILLE, KY - The Brennes-Jones Group, Inc., headquartered in Louisville, KY, today filed a lawsuit in Dallas County, TX against Mr. Richard "Rick" Brennes, former President, Director and minority shareholder regarding allegations arising from his lengthy tenure as President. Further details of the suit were not disclosed.
