The Moeller LS-Titan offers numerous different operating heads to produce a wide and versatile line suitable for many applications. Varying styles of levers, rods and plungers, all ready for direct mounting to a limit switch body. Operating heads can be rotated in 90° increments, increasing mounting flexibility.
Moeller LS-Titan Enclosure Bodies

The Moeller LS-Titan lines provides insulated plastic and metal enclosure bodies with both body styles rated to IP66, NEMA 4X and 13. Metal enclosure bodies come with a range of metal operating heads which are suitable for use in harsh applications. Insulated plastic offering is fully insulated and does not require the use of protective earth terminal, reducing wiring time.

With continuous monitoring, Moeller LS devices provide current or voltage output to link directly into an automation system. Moeller Limit switches are able to continuously communicate the thickness of a brake block or even the speed of a fan in a ventilation system by measuring the opening of an air flap.

Moeller LS-Titan line provides cost-effective, space saving alternative to traditional enclosed e-stops. Offering a size reduction of over 75% compared to a typical e-stop enclosure, the LS-Titan provides an ingenious solution to an equivalent of an enclosed e-stop with only the actuator extending from any open mounting surface.

The limit switch body containing two built-in contacts acts as the enclosure and is coupled with an e-stop actuator. The device can be mounted in any standard 22mm notched hole and carries NEMA 3R and 4X environmental rating to withstand hose-down conditions.

Configuration costs less than traditional enclosed e-stops and has particular advantages in applications such as material handling or conveying lines, where an e-stop is often required every few feet along the production line.
