Access will provide secure document shredding services of 2 boxes of paper per person, free of charge during the event. Individuals are encouraged to bring paper documents, containing outdated personal information to the site for destruction. Examples of the types of documents that individuals need to properly destroy before disposal include: old bank statements, credit card statements, utility bills, cancelled checks, pre-approved credit card forms and any other documents that contain personal data. During the event, Basik Recycling will recycle all cans, plastic and glass bottles at no charge. Computers for Classrooms will accept old electronics, including computers, monitors, televisions, VCR’s, printers and cell phones, working or not. All of the electronic equipment collected will be refurbished and donated or properly recycled; Computers for Classrooms is an R-2 certified recycler. The community is invited to attend the One Stop Recycling event, this Saturday. Bring all of your unwanted and unneeded paper, CRV materials and electronics and have them recycled responsibly.
