Sept. 14, 2012 - PRLog -- (August 20, 2012, New York) Ms. Kee is one of the founding members and Managing Partner of KGA.  Prior to KGA, she had more than 10 years’ experience helping Fortune 500 companies and SMEs with China market entry, business development and government relationships.  Her clients included industry leaders in consumer, manufacturing and financial services.   While in China, she also acted as Chief Representative of a U.S. company's China operations between 1996-1999 and served as advisor to the U.K government (DTI) on its China Initiative.  In the U.S. between 2003-2008 she led the team of a financial services firm MG Financial Group, a wholly owned subsidiary of Rosenthal Collins, LLC., in its efforts of expansion to Asian markets.  She was the co-founder of a software start-up in Berkeley, California and successfully secured the seed funding.  She is well recognized for her acute insight into business opportunities and outstanding cross-culture business negotiation and management expertise.

A Chinese native, Ms. Kee received B.A. and M.A. degrees in English Literature and American Literature from Peking University, China and her MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California at Berkeley.  Ms. Kee holds FINRA Series 62, 63 and 79 brokerage licenses.
Ms. Kee is Vice President of the alumni committee for Peking University's Greater New York Chapter, mentor to Peking University's alumni on entrepreneurship and sits on the board of the Berkeley-Haas Business School New York Alumni Chapter.  She has been an active speaker and writer on topics including China, cross-border business and entrepreneurship.  

Ms. Kee translated from English to Chinese and published a history and philosophy classic, “The Idea of Nature” by R.G. Collingwood.  This translated work received the award for "the best Social Science Translated Work" from the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences.
