Dave Stewart is Back on the Scene and Better Than Ever!

Sept. 22, 2012 - PRLog -- LONG ISLAND, NY (September 11, 2012): When you hear the name “Dave Stewart”, what thought comes to mind? The Eurythmatics? Successful music producer, filmmaker, author, entrepreneur, and philanthropist? If any of these came to mind, then you are absolutely correct. The Grammy-winner has been lending his creative genius to the since the early seventies and is not showing any signs of slowing down.
His latest solo album entitled The Ringmaster General showcases Stewart’s ability to blend a variety of different genres such as country, rock and blues. The Ringmaster General was worked and recorded in only five days, however, don’t let that fool you into thinking that it is lacking in any way. The album has already received a countless amount of rave reviews on music blogs.
The album also features collaborations with Diane Birch, Alison Krauss, Joss Stone and Jessie Baylin. Clearly not a stranger to collaborations with other talented artists and other creative minds, when asked what aspect of collaborating with others he enjoys the most, Stewart replies, “I’m one of these people who is just in love with everybody. I just want to communicate and be around people. I love people so I’m probably destined to be one of the collaborators that won’t stop. I can’t stop.”
Dave Stewart is not only conquering the music world. He is making strides in the technological world with an iPad application that he helped create called Creativity; has an upcoming serious Malibu Country; and if that wasn’t enough, his comic book, Zombie Broadway, proves that he is also a talented author. Not that that should come as a shock.
Dave Stewart is our generation’s Renaissance Man. He is the mastermind behind many of our favorite songs, musicals, and favorite wines? Yes. Stewart also has his own wine line out called The Ringmaster General. From music to comic books and even wine, the man does it all, and he does it all really well.
