As if having a theme song isn't enough, PollyGrind founder and director Chad Clinton Freeman wants to give filmmakers from across the world a chance to take part in the music video. The song is currently available free via the social payment system Pay With a Tweet. Visit PollyGrind.com to pay for the track via a Twitter or Facebook status update. Freeman, who co-wrote the song's lyrics with composer David Rosen aka Jewish Dave, says he plans to direct a music video for the song after PollyGrind wraps up. The festival, which will world premiere 13 features and screen more than 140 projects, kicks off October 5 and then closes October 27. The plan is to shoot an extended video with a story as an ode to Michael Jackson. Intercut throughout the music video will be footage from the festival and the features it plays. Filmmakers that enter PollyGrind's "Live" Film Competition, dubbed Feed Your Creativity, are all eligible to have their footage included in the video. All filmmakers that contribute will get cinematography credits. Feed Your Creativity starts Oct. 5 and ends Oct. 22. The competition is free and open to anyone. There will also be prizes and official festival awards for the winners, which will screen in November. "Anybody in any state and any nation can take part," Freeman said. "If you can’t be here to film what’s going on, shoot something in your own back yard, get creative; feed your creativity." MC Randumb & Jewish Dave screened two music videos at PollyGrind in October 2011. Last year they also released the album Songs in the Key of Murder in December and have gotten world-wide attention with their smash of a flash game Musta Been Murder, which had a live game-playing party during PollyGrind's 2012 St. Valentine's Massacre Weekend. They plan on releasing a follow-up to Songs In The Key Of Murder, as well as a murder-rap musical in 2013 Hustle! Fight! Grind!
