Lennar Showcasing Alternative to Active-Adult Living in Charlotte

(Sept. 25, 2012)—One of the hottest segments of Charlotte’s recovering housing market is the “active adult” category.  Whether they’re empty-nesters, moving to the area to be closer to kids and grandkids, or drawn to Charlotte’s great climate, quality of life and low cost of living, these homebuyers have seen an abundance of master-planned developments come on the scene purporting to cater to their specific needs.
