Sanjeev Majoo is Executive Director

Sept. 27, 2012 - PRLog -- Sanjeev Majoo has a penchant for moving up the career ladder quickly. While most people may achieve one or two promotions in their lifetimes, Sanjeev Majoo has had more than five. His ability to prove himself and demonstrate his ability to lead responsibly has been clear from his first position as a scientist and project engineer, to his most current position as executive director. And Sanjeev Majoo knows that his success comes from his own personal drive to prove himself, his track record of fast achievements, and his strong educational background.

Sanjeev Majoo has three degrees which he has stabilized his career on. He holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology. He holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan. And Sanjeev Majoo has a M.B.A. in Finance and Global Business from the New York University Stern School of Business. It is the finance and global business degree that helped Sanjeev Majoo take on the various global responsibilities of the later positions he acquired.

As previously stated, Sanjeev Majoo’s first position was working as a Project Engineer and Scientist at Merck & Co., Inc. in Rahway, New Jersey. It took less than 10 years before Sanjeev Majoo held his last position at Merck & Co., Inc. as Associate Director of Strategic Sourcing from 2005 to 2006. Starting in 2006, Sanjeev Majoo changed positions and companies and left Merck & Co., Inc in New Jersey and began working for Amgen, Inc. located in Thousand Oaks, California in 2006.

He held his first position as Senior Manager of Strategic Sourcing and Procurement from 2006 to 2007. In his first position at Amgen, Sanjeev Majoo helped work with the leadership team to become more strategic. He also had to respond to changes in Amgen’s business outlook and mitigate risks.

In 2008, Sanjeev Majoo moved up in Amgen to the position of Director of Global Strategic Sourcing where he worked from 2008 to 2011. His final position as Executive Director Interim of Global Strategic Sourcing barely lasted a year in 2012, where Sanjeev Majoo started as Executive Director of Global Procurement at Bristol Myers Squibb in New Jersey during the late summer of 2012.
