GNZJ Series Linear Motion Mud Cleaner

Oct. 10, 2012 - PRLog -- Mud cleaner is a equipment widely used in the mud cleaning system. It is usually located in a mud tank in the same location as with the desilters. mud cleaner is a combination of desanders and/or desilters mounted over a shaker with a fine mesh screen. A mud is fed to the inlet of the hydrocyclone (desander and/or desilter) to separate particles and the underflow passes to the fine screen mesh where in particles larger than barite are discarded and thrown away. In most drilling operations, a mud cleaner is installed in its mud systems.

GNZJ series mud cleaner is a compact ,high performance mud cleaner suitable for trailer mounting or use on the ground or on top of a tank. Its treating capacity range from 500GPM to 1500 GPM. The shaker used on the GNZJ series is GNZS series shale shaker,high performance,linear motion,it uses 3 Nos screen panels.
