Bodies of Work - From Doctor To Trainer

Oct. 12, 2012 - PRLog -- Bodies of Work tells the tale of Thomas Rotterdam; a disgraced ex doctor who sets up shop as an elite fitness trainer. The story weaves fact and fiction, showing us not only the good but plenty of the bad. The pilot which is in line for network submission in this coming year, is a personal story from writer Jorge C. Perez. An elite trainer himself, he molds much of fact in to the first 46 minutes of the high action drama. Although unaired, the pilot itself was online for quite some time, before being pulled for editing and submissions. Jorge has actually written for seven more episodes, which hopefully will be finding a home soon.
 
 The pilot stars experienced actor (and trainer) Billy Freda as Thomas Rotterdam, Lora Davidsson Sumner as Lora Ramos, Jose Ramos as Miguel Vela, and Mandell Butler as Ahmad Taylor. It is produced by Jorge C. Perez, Ali Abouomar, and Edwin Pagan. The pilot has been screened to many industry professionals, who have given it rave reviews, especially on the source material.
