Now or Never! Lack of Donations Hinders Final Planning for October 20 Save America Gathering

The Planners of the "Save America Gathering" are making a last plea to the Lord's people to financially assist in bringing forth the October 20th National Mall sacred assembly, in which Christians and Messianic Jews are invited to pray for the salvation of our nation, the United Sates of America.

'Donate at www.saveamericagathering.com!' As the "Save America Gathering" approaches, on Saturday, October 20, organizers are making that urgent appeal for those who share their vision to join hands, financially, with the event, which will take place on the National Mall in Washington, DC. The all-day sacred assembly (8 a.m. to 9 p.m.), which is biblically framed by Joel 2 and 2nd Chronicles 7:14, will focus on prayer, fasting, worship, repentance from sin, blessing and intercession for leaders, rededication to God, and ratification of the original covenant relationships established by America’s founders.

Said Rev. Kevin Richardson, one of the event organizers, who noted the unusual confluence of Christian groups gathering to pray for the nation at this time in history: “America is at a strategic moment when we have a divine call to gather in unity and humility to cry out to God for His mercy and blessing on our land,” he said. “How we respond will determine the course of history in the nation and the world.”

Although the Lord's people have shown their generosity, the organizers have fallen short of their financial goals at a crucial time for the completion of the sacred assembly's plans.

"We need the grace of the Lord's children, at this time!" said Robert Berry, a primary planner and vision caster for the epic sacred assembly, which is scheduled to last from 8 am until 9 pm. "Out there, somewhere, is the person who will put us over the top, for the amount we need, but we really pray for that person to sow into God's work, now, so that we can complete planning for the labor we have been called by God to do. Please donate, in Jesus name, at http://www.saveamericagathering.com!" said Berry. "Help us to reach our goal, and complete preparations for the event." Berry said the planners needed an additional $10K to close the funding gap, and that it was needed by Tuesday, October 16th, 2012. "Although, as I said, one person could partner with us, and supply  the remaining funding needed for the planning and set-up of the event, but we ask for the body to rise up with $1 and $2 donations. Maybe someone will want to give a dollar for each state, for a total of $50. Maybe someone will give more! This is a vital mission. Ministries, nationwide, including Billy Graham Evangelistic Association, have recognized the need for unity in prayer for our nation, at this crucial time in our history. Please join in bringing God's plan into fruit!" Berry implored.

The Saturday, October 20, 2012, gathering of Christians and Messianic Jews will include worship and prayer, as well as dedication of an America Christian Flag, as well as a ceremony for the reaffirmation of our covenant relationaship with the people and the nation of Israel.
