Attorney workshops on November 7 and 8 to answer many questions on Florida estate planning

Oct. 19, 2012 - PRLog -- Attorneys Craig R. Hersch and Michael B. Hill of Sheppard, Brett, Stewart, Hersch, Kinsey & Hill, P.A. will present two informative Florida estate planning workshops on November 7 and 8 at 2:00 p.m. to provide answers to many questions on wills, trusts, and other documents.

The November 7th workshop will be held at Temple Beth El, 16225 Winkler Road, Fort Myers, FL 33908. The identical workshop will be held again the next day at the Sanibel Community House, 2173 Periwinkle Way, Sanibel, FL 33957.  All attendees will receive a complimentary, informative Florida Estate Guide and DVD.

New and partial-year residents will learn if their will and trust documents from up North are valid in Florida, how Florida laws differ from other states, the many advantages of declaring Florida residency, and why recent changes in laws make it necessary for all residents to have their estate planning documents updated. Attendees are invited to bring a copy of their current estate planning documents and arrive a half hour early to receive a confidential, complimentary review and written analysis following the presentation.
